I am an architect of NeTAMS - IP traffic accounting, billing and management software for UNIX. I had a two-year postdoctoral position in applied mathematics and optical networking theory with McGill University, Canada. Working for Dateline Communications, Moscow, I've made an innovative PC-based QoS router for VoIP over Wireless applications, and got a huge experience working with various types of wired and wireless network appliances.

I hold a number of industry certifications, including Cisco Certified Design Professional. Being experienced network designer, engineer, UNIX and Windows administrator, C/Java/Perl/SQL/Web developer, I am constantly trying to be on the top of current Information Technology.

My interests are in design, modeling, optimization and management of next generation networks; IPv6, MPLS, multicast, QoS and traffic engineering, wireless and optical networking; emerging hardware, protocols and technologies.

For many years I was teaching the "C programming basics" and "Advanced C programming" courses for 2nd year undergraduate students of Department of Materials Science, Lomonosov Moscow State University - my alma mater. Check out my list of research publications.

I am Russian, not smoking, well speaks English and little French. Enjoy fishing when have time.
